BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment confirmation
Your appointment will be confirmed via a text message sent to your nominated mobile phone 48 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you simply respond to this confirmation text to confirm you are planning to attend. If you do not confirm your appointment we are unable to guarantee your booking.

We hold the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments at our discretion.

Cancellations

Cancellations and changes are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of $100.

Please be courteous to your Injector and other clients by giving adequate notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. We understand life can throw us little curveballs and are happy to accomodate changes if enough notice is given, simply get in touch.
