Booking, Rescheduling and cancellation policy

Cancellations

Cancellations and changes are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of $50.

Appointment confirmation

Your appointment will be confirmed via a text message sent to your nominated mobile phone 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

We ask that you simply respond to this confirmation text to confirm you are planning to attend. 

If you do not confirm your appointment we are unable to guarantee your booking. We hold the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments at our discretion.

PLEASE NOTE:

We kindly ask for your courtesy by giving adequate notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

We understand situations can arise unexpectedly and we are happy to accomodate changes if enough notice is given, simply get in touch with your chosen medical professional.

How to make a booking for new patients

A 'New Patient' are those who have not seen their chosen medical professional at House of Define before. Though you may have received treatment elsewhere, an 'Initial Consultation' is necessary to discuss and formulate a relevant and safe treatment plan.

How to make/Reschedule a booking for EXISITING patients

*PLEASE NOTE*

An 'Exisiting Patient' are those who have seen their chosen medical professional at House of Define before, who have discussed and formulated a treatment plan.
