Affectionately known as “Little Scratch”, Amanda Johnson is a Registered Nurse with a Post Graduate Degree in Cosmetic Dermal Science and more than two decades of experience in healthcare.

Having worked in aesthetic medicine since 2012, Amanda is passionate about helping patients feel confident, empowered and comfortable within themselves. She believes aesthetic medicine should be a collaborative process, taking the time to understand each patient’s individual concerns, goals and preferences before developing a personalised treatment plan.

Amanda has undertaken extensive postgraduate and professional training in aesthetic medicine. and continues to pursue ongoing professional development to ensure her patients receive safe, evidence-based care. Known for her honest and patient-centred approach, she focuses on education, transparency and helping patients make informed decisions about their treatment options.

As the founder of House of Define, Amanda is passionate about creating a welcoming and professional environment where patients feel informed, supported and empowered throughout their treatment journey.

Affectionately known as “Dr J”, Dr Jeremy S. Chou is an experienced medical practitioner with a background spanning family medicine, dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

After completing a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology at Johns Hopkins University, Dr Chou returned to Australia to complete his Doctor of Medicine and Surgery (MChD) at the Australian National University. He subsequently undertook training across a range of medical and surgical specialties before completing Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). 

Dr Chou has also completed a Diploma of General Dermatology.

Since commencing aesthetic medicine in 2019, Dr Chou has continued to refine his skills through ongoing education, professional development and industry training. His approach combines medical expertise with a strong focus on patient-centred care, natural-looking results and individualised treatment planning.

Dr J works closely with patients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique concerns while maintaining a balanced and holistic approach to aesthetic medicine.

Affectionately known as 'Nurse Eliza'

Registered Nurse Eliza Ride is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their own skin through personalised, evidence-based aesthetic treatments.

Eliza completed a Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Canberra before undertaking her graduate year at Canberra Hospital. With a strong interest in aesthetic medicine, she went on to complete a Graduate Diploma of Cosmetic Nursing and Injectables through the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS).

With a background in both dermal therapies and skin health, Eliza takes a comprehensive approach to treatment planning, tailoring recommendations to each patient’s individual concerns, goals and presentation.

Committed to ongoing professional development, Eliza regularly participates in industry training, education and conferences to ensure she remains up to date with current techniques, treatments and best practice standards.
