Booking, Rescheduling and cancellation policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

This allows us sufficient time to offer the appointment to another patient who may be waiting.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Appointments that are unattended without notice will also incur a $50 no-show fee.

Your appointment will be confirmed via a text message sent to your nominated mobile phone 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Please respond to this confirmation message to confirm your attendance.

If we do not receive confirmation, we are unable to guarantee your appointment time and reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings at our discretion.

We understand that circumstances can occasionally change unexpectedly and will always do our best to accommodate appointment changes where sufficient notice is provided.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact your chosen medical practitioner as soon as possible.
