• Many clients choose to use the LED Bed one to three times per week as part of their regular routine.
• For shorter periods, such as before a special event, the LED Bed may be used more frequently if desired.
• LED light therapy is generally considered a cumulative treatment, meaning that many people find consistency and regular use more beneficial than a single session.
• Treatment frequency varies between individuals and depends on personal goals and preferences.
• LED Bed sessions are currently set at 30 minutes.
• Many clients attend before or after work, as part of a relaxing wind-down or simply as a break in their day.
• We have intentionally chosen a 30-minute session length to allow time to settle in, unwind and enjoy the experience, rather than feeling rushed.
• The LED light must reach the skin in order to provide treatment.
• You may wear as much or as little clothing as you are personally comfortable with during your session.
• Generally, the more skin exposed to the light, the more skin that can be treated.
• The LED Bed is located in a private treatment room and the room can be locked from the inside during your session.

• We recommend bringing headphones so you can listen to music, podcasts or guided meditations during your session.
• Many clients use this time to relax, unwind and make the most of their treatment experience.
• Please use headphones when listening to audio, as playing music aloud may be disruptive to other people within the clinic.
• Refresh items including wipes, micellar water, cotton pads, cotton buds, dry shampoo and deodorant are available within the LED Room should you require them.
• A mirror and sink are also available within the room should you wish to refresh or touch up your makeup after your session.
