HOUSE OF DEFINE MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the House of Define Membership program.

House of Define Membership is linked to your personal aglow Treatment Wallet. You may set up your Treatment Wallet and begin using it immediately.

Your included LED Bed sessions are provided by House of Define and are subject to these House of Define Membership Terms and Conditions.

Participation is also subject to the aglow Treatment Wallet Terms and Conditions, which are linked at the bottom of this page.

Your aglow Treatment Wallet may be created and used immediately.

After you've activated your aglow Treatment Wallet, House of Define will email you the House of Define Membership Terms and Conditions.

Once you've accepted these Terms and Conditions, your four included LED Bed sessions will be added to the same online booking system you already use to book your appointments with Amanda.

From there, simply book your included LED Bed sessions online whenever it suits you throughout your membership year.

If you have activated your aglow Treatment Wallet and have not received your House of Define Membership Terms and Conditions within two business days, please contact House of Define.

House of Define Membership includes four (4) LED Bed sessions per membership year.

Included LED Bed sessions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or redeemed for cash.

Unused included LED Bed sessions expire at the end of the applicable membership year and do not roll over into subsequent membership years unless otherwise specified by House of Define.

LED Bed sessions are subject to House of Define's LED Bed booking, cancellation and attendance policies.

Late cancellations, missed appointments and no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the booked LED Bed session.

LED Bed sessions cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash, credit or other services unless required by law.

Membership balances may be used toward eligible services and products available at House of Define, subject to clinical assessment, suitability and practitioner discretion where applicable.

Membership balances cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable to another person unless required by law.

 House of Define may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time where reasonably required for operational, legal or administrative purposes.

Where a material change affects membership benefits, fees or member obligations, reasonable notice will be provided to members before the change takes effect.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the House of Define website.

 Membership balances are managed through the aglow platform.

The operation of the Treatment Wallet, including contributions, account management, balance management and platform functionality, is subject to aglow’s Terms and Conditions.

House of Define does not control the operation of the aglow platform.
