HOUSE OF DEFINE MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the House of Define Membership program.

Membership benefits will be activated once the annual membership fee has been paid and these Terms and Conditions have been accepted by the member.

Participation is also subject to the aglow platform Terms and Conditions, which are linked at the bottom of this page.

The House of Define Membership has an annual membership fee of $100.

The membership fee is invoiced directly by House of Define upon joining and is payable using the payment method specified on the invoice.

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Membership renewal is not automatic. Members will be invited to renew their membership annually.

House of Define Membership includes four (4) complimentary LED Bed sessions per membership year.

Complimentary LED Bed sessions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or redeemed for cash.

Unused complimentary LED Bed sessions expire at the end of the applicable membership year and do not roll over into subsequent membership years unless otherwise specified by House of Define.

Complimentary LED Bed sessions are subject to House of Define booking policies.

A complimentary LED Bed session may be forfeited where a member fails to attend a booked appointment without notice or repeatedly cancels appointments in breach of House of Define booking policies.

House of Define reserves the right to assess these circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Membership balances may be used toward eligible services and products available at House of Define, subject to clinical assessment, suitability and practitioner discretion where applicable.

Membership balances cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable to another person unless required by law.

 House of Define may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time where reasonably required for operational, legal or administrative purposes.

Where a material change affects membership benefits, fees or member obligations, reasonable notice will be provided to members before the change takes effect.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the House of Define website.

 Membership balances are managed through the aglow platform.

The operation of the Treatment Wallet, including contributions, account management, balance management and platform functionality, is subject to aglow’s Terms and Conditions.

House of Define does not control the operation of the aglow platform.
