AMANDA LITTLE SCRATCH IS AWAY IN AUGUST
Amanda will be away throughout August.
Her final day in clinic before her leave will be Tuesday 29th July and she will return on Tuesday 2nd September.
If you are hoping to book before she leaves, we recommend securing your appointment as soon as possible as availability is limited in the lead-up to her departure.
Additional availability will be released prior to Amanda’s leave where possible.
If you would like an appointment after she returns, we also recommend booking ahead as September appointments are expected to fill quickly.
NEW LED BED SERVICE
House of Define now has a full-body LED Bed available in clinic!
LED light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light and is commonly used as part of wellness, recovery and self-care routines.
**Please note that the LED Bed will be unavailable throughout August and will reopen when Amanda returns in early September.

HOUSE OF DEFINE MEMBERSHIP
House of Define Membership is a simple way to save ahead for future visits while enjoying House of Define member benefits.
Your membership includes access to a personal aglow Treatment Wallet. Choose an amount that suits you and contribute weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Your balance builds automatically and is available whenever you’re ready to use it.
Membership includes four complimentary LED Bed sessions each membership year.

DR J IS NOW AVAILABLE WEEKLY
Dr J has relocated from the Gold Coast and is now based in Canberra.
He is now consulting at House of Define every week, providing greater appointment availability and flexibility throughout the week.
If you have acne or would like to discuss concerns about your skin, Dr J has a particular interest in acne management and skin health.
Appointments can be booked online.
ELIZA IS CURRENTLY ON MATERNITY LEAVE
Eliza is currently on maternity leave and is expected to return in mid-October 2026.
If you need to contact Eliza regarding a previous appointment, please email info@houseofdefine.com.au in the first instance.
Otherwise, we kindly ask that you respect Eliza’s privacy during this special time.
We wish Eliza and her family all the very best with the arrival of their baby boy. We can’t wait to meet him.
WEBSITE UPDATE
The House of Define website has been updated.
Due to changes in the TGA advertising regulations, some of the terms commonly used in the past have changed. This can make booking appointments a little confusing.
If you’re unsure which treatment to book, the Available Treatments section of the website will explain the different treatment options and make booking easier.
PATIENT RESOURCES
The Patient Resources section has also been expanded.
If you have questions before or after your appointment, you’ll now find information on preparing for treatment, aftercare, bruising, swelling and other commonly asked questions, all in one place.

Running late to your appointment: Please reply directly to your appointment reminder SMS.
We now have a permanent SMS number that you can save to your contacts for future appointments.
Please note: this number is connected to our booking system rather than a mobile phone, so it can receive SMS messages but cannot receive phone calls.
BOOKING POLICY UPDATE
Unfortunately, we’ve seen an increase in missed appointments and late cancellations.
As a result, our Booking Policy will begin to be enforced through our online booking system later this year.
Unfortunately, the booking system doesn’t allow us to apply deposits on a patient-by-patient basis, so this change will apply to all bookings.
We recommend booking through the House of Define website wherever possible. If you contact the clinic to make an appointment, we’ll simply direct you to the online booking system so your deposit can be processed securely.
In the meantime, please take a moment to review our Booking Policy.
INSTAGRAM UPDATE
The House of Define Instagram page is currently being updated and will continue to evolve over the coming months.
We love it when you share your visit and tag @houseofdefine in your photos or stories.
However, due to the current advertising regulations, we simply ask that you don’t mention specific treatments or tag treatment photos or videos.
We always love your support. Doing so helps support House of Define while also helping us remain compliant with the current advertising regulations.
